The results provided are only based upon the young adult's responses to the survey questions on the actual survey date. Herbert E. Jackson, Jr. is the founder and owner of Overton Leadership Associates (O•L•A). The strength of O•L•A stems from the assortment of experiences of its founder. O•L•A's founder has considerable leadership, management, education, and training experience from his work in the following five industries: private sector engineering; the United States Air Force; state government sector engineering; academia, and a non-profit organization.
Meet the Founder
During his more than 25 years of experience, Herb was a hands-on operator as well as a supervisor in aircraft operations, civil engineering, quality assurance for aircrew training systems, plus classroom and online academic instruction. Herb earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Arlington (UT-Arlington). His position prior to founding O•L•A was as an online instructor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida.
